We view our staff and our patients as family.  As such here is a brief introduction to each of our family members.

Dan Milejczak DPT- BA Biology Wartburg College.  Graduated in 1994 Univ. of Osteopathic Med and Health Sciences with MSPT and then in 2007 with DPT. Married to Tonya in 1994. Most experience is in sports medicine and general outpatient ortho/manual therapy. Likes to work with neck and backs most of all.  Dan and Tonya have 4 children and enjoy fishing, traveling, and hunting.

Tonya Milejczak MSPT-BA Psycho/Biology Luther College 1992.  Graduated in 1994 Univ. of Osteopathic Med and Health Sciences. Most experience in general outpatient ortho with added skills in pediatrics and women's health. Likes spending time with family and exercising.

Laurie Bollmeyer PT - Graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1982. In addition to years of experience in general orthopedic  care, Laurie brings to the practice extensive expertise in treatment of neck and back disorders including headaches. She and her husband Lance have 3 daughters and enjoy spending time with family, gardening, and cooking.

Tara Beack PTA- Graduated in 2008 with 2 year Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from Anoka Ramsey Community College.  Experienced in outpatient/clinic, acute and home care therapy. Values spending time with family and friends.  

Corissa Rymer-Office Manager/Medical Claims and Billing Specialist.  She is the friendly face that you see when you first walk in to Foley Physical Rehab.  She received her diploma for Medical Claims and Billing Specialist in 2006.  Likes spending time with her family and outdoor activities.

Brandon Karnick, ATC - Brandon is a graduate from St. Cloud State University in 2015, with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. He is the Certified Athletic Trainer for all the sports at Foley Senior High School. Brandon Enjoys working both in the clinic and at the High School to see athletes through their total transition from injury to return to play. He also plays a large roll in injury prevention. Brandon was born and raised in the St. Joseph/St. Cloud area and enjoys hanging out with family, hunting and fishing.
